Description

The new Residence Galileo, completed in 2010, is located in the front row on the lush seafront of San Benedetto del Tronto, and offers its customers a welcoming environment and a relaxing atmosphere. It has 46 comfortable apartments of different sizes, two-room and three-room apartments modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort.
In the internal bar and on the outdoor terrace you can enjoy a tasty breakfast or a pleasant aperitif.
Available rental bicycles (equipped with child seats) for suggestive walks on the cycle path that runs alongside the sea and connects various locations on the Riviera delle Palme.
The Reception is available to our customers 24 hours a day.

It has apartments:
BILO 2/4: double or twin bedroom, bathroom, living room with double sofa bed.
BILO 3/5: bedroom with 3 beds or double plus 1 bed, bathroom, living room with double sofa bed.
TRILO 4/6: 2 double or twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with double sofa bed.

All housing units have of air conditioning (in the living room and bedroom), dishwasher, LCD satellite TV, hairdryer, direct telephone and balcony.

The week 10.08 - 17.08 must be combined with the previous or subsequent one.

Compulsory final cleaning, excluding kitchenette, to be done by the customer: €50.00 for two-room apartments, €55.00 for three-room apartments.
The weekly rates include:
Initial cleaning,
swimming pool with hydromassage and children's area,
children's play area,
gym,
Wi-Fi connections (in the apartment and in the hall-bar-pool area) and Internet Point,
consumption of water, electricity, gas
air conditioning.

The number of people booked must not exceed the type of apartment; excess people will not be accepted for any reason.

On request:
Beach service (1 umbrella, 1 sunbed, 1 deckchair) €55.00 per week.
Two-room apartment facing sea ​​supplement €55.00 per week.
Safe €15.00 per week.
Outdoor and underground parking (underground while supplies last) €30.00 per week.
Parking space additional €35.00 per week.
Kit of bed linen and towels €10.00 per person per change.
Table linen kit €5.00 per change.
Cradle €20.00 per week (bed linen not included).
High chair for children €10.00 per week.
Use of washing machine €5.00 (1 hour and a half).
Use of ironing €5. 00 (1 hour and a half).
Storage room for bicycles, mattresses, etc. €15.00 per week.

Payment: 30% upon booking confirmation, balance within two days of arrival.
Deposit: a deposit of €150 must be paid upon arrival ,00 in cash which will be returned at the end of the stay, after checking the inventory and cleaning of the kitchenette.
Arrivals: Saturday from 5.00 pm.
Departures: Saturday from 8.00 am to 10.00 am, after our staff checking the status of the housing unit.
