The Site acts as an intermediary between User and Structure by means of the publication of the Sheet with the data of the structure and the voluntary submission by the User of personal information through the Requests form but does not intervene or is part of any booking, sale or rental contract or other agreement between Users  and the Structures , the Site does not mediate in cases of disputes arising between parts.

The Site reserves the right to provide Users only some data and / or information of  Structure .

Users have the possibility to search for a tourist facility, hotel or extra hotel or private accommodation, for holidays in San Benedetto by consulting any Offers and the Cards published on the Site . The search for accommodation is carried out independently by the User and the Association has no obligation to replace o to support the traveler in the research phase of the structure of interest.

Users have the possibility to communicate via email, through a Request form linked to an internal messaging system , with the Structures published on the Site and to view their Cards information.

Sales

Any publication of a Offer is made only upon request by the Structure and all announcements and The contents of the Offers are subject to prior approval for publication by the Association .
All details of the announcement will be subjected to the approval process by the Association which reserves the right not to publish or modify the Offers at its sole discretion.
The Association reserves the right to partially or completely delete the information contained in the announcement, should it be considered not duly completed, duplicated or does not meet the required quality requirements.

The Association does not guarantee the accuracy or updating of the texts, contents, photos, location of the structures and the suitability of the information relating to published prices. on the Site .
The Structures are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information published in Site .

The Facility declares to publish in its Sched a and / or in its Offer only original photos. He also declares not to make use of images for which he does not have legal consent, which violate the law on the protection of personal data, intellectual property rights or any other right of third parties.
